The upcoming anime adaptation of Silent Witch: Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto has unveiled a new teaser video, introducing additional cast and staff members, and confirming a July 2025 premiere.

Saya Aizawa has been previously announced as the voice of Monica Everett. Joining her are Hitomi Nabatame as Nero, Monica’s talking familiar, and Junichi Suwabe as Louis Miller, a fellow member of the Seven Sages.

Series Background
Silent Witch originated as a light novel series by Matsuri Isora, illustrated by Nanna Fujimi. Debuting on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in February 2020, Kadokawa began publishing the novels in June 2021, with the ninth volume released on February 10, 2025.
A manga adaptation by Tobi Tana commenced in Kadokawa’s B’s-LOG COMIC in July 2021, with the fifth compiled volume released on January 31, 2025. Yen Press has licensed both the novels and manga in English under the title Secrets of the Silent Witch.
Synopsis
Monica Everett, the Silent Witch, is the world’s only practitioner of Voiceless Magic, a heroine who single-handedly fended off the legendary Black Dragon. Despite her prodigious talents, Monica is extremely shy, having mastered Voiceless Magic to avoid public speaking. Now, the Seven Sages have assigned her a top-secret mission: to guard the Second Prince. Monica must navigate social interactions and confront looming threats to protect the young royal.
