“Destiny Child” Announces End Of Service On September 21, 2023

SHIFT UP Corporation has announced the closure of the popular mobile strategy RPG, “Destiny Child.” All services will end on September 21, 2023, at 2:00 am (UTC+0). The announcement was made on “Destiny Child’s” official Twitter and the Cafe Naver website.

The service termination schedule is as follows:

– In-app purchases will stop on July 20, 2023, after maintenance.

– The game service will end on September 21, 2023, at 2:00 am (UTC+0).

– Official communities will be available until October 31, 2023.

After the game’s services conclude, an update called “Destiny Child: Memorial” will be released on September 22, 2023. Players can access the game offline, keeping their game data to view the collected characters and enjoy the stories. To access the “Memorial” feature, players need to link their account from the in-game Settings during the server maintenance on August 17, 2023, or before the game’s termination date. SHIFT UP will organize a Destiny Child Memorial Concert online through various channels, allowing players to reminisce about their adventures.

Updates will continue until the server termination date, and scheduled events will proceed as planned until the end of service. Daily free rewards, including gems, gold, stamina, and premium summon tickets, will be given to players via mail. All packages in Lan Fei’s Shop will be free and claimable until the end of the game. On August 17, there will be reruns of popular events.

Since its release on October 27, 2016, Destiny Child has achieved a total revenue of over 158 million USD globally. It had over 5 million downloads during its years of service.
