KRAFTON, Inc. has recently announced that it will conduct a closed Alpha Test for PUBG: NEW STATE, the Sequel to the original PUBG. The game will be available for Android users in the United States from June 11-13.
Developed by PUBG Studio, pioneers of the battle royale genre and creators of PUBG, PUBG: NEW STATE will launch as a free-to-play experience on Android and iOS in 2021. PUBG: NEW STATE recreates PUBG’s original Battle Royale experience, making it the most realistic battle royale game on mobile.
Key PUBG: NEW STATE Alpha Test Dates:

- Start: May 21 at 12:00 a.m. PDT
- End: June 6 at 8:59 p.m. PDT
- Alpha Test:
- Start: June 11 at 6:00 p.m. PDT
- End: June 13 at 8:59 p.m. PDT
The Alpha Test will be focused on measuring an early version of the game’s performance, server and network stability, and in-development gameplay systems. The feedback KRAFTON receives during the Alpha Test will help ensure the company meets the expectations of its community when PUBG: NEW STATE is released later this year. During the Alpha Test, players will be able to drop into TROI, a futuristic 8×8 map, where they will be able to experience distinct gameplay features in advance of the launch and explore a section of the PUBG universe in 2051.
