Square Enix has recently announced that “Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile,” the mobile game adaptation of the highly popular anime, has opened its pre-registration phase for Android and iOS devices. The game recently concluded a closed beta last month with positive reviews.

“Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile” is a 3DCG action RPG that will follow the series’ original storyline. The huge world of “Fullmetal Alchemist” will be reproduced in stunning 3D graphics in this game. Many of the series’ most famous scenes will be rendered in high-definition 3D animation, creating a spectacular visual experience that will delight any fan of the show. The original voice actors will also be involved in the game’s development in order to create an authentic full-voice gaming experience.

The “Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile” battle system appears to be a mix of action combat and strategic grid-type RPG mechanics. The life bar and skill bar of the player and  adversary are placed on the top of the screen, similar to brawler games like “Street Fighter.” Players must defeat their opponents by lowering their health to zero. The game will contain popular characters from the series, such as the protagonist “Edward Elric,” “Alphonse Elric,” and “Roy Mustang.” When these characters activate their special abilities, they will have unique fight animation.

Fullmetal Alchemist Mobile” is scheduled to be released this summer of 2022, with no specific release date announced just yet. Japan will be able to play the game first.
