Developer Starmi along with publisher Lionheart Games has recently announced, “Dragonspire,” an action roguelike RPG with anime aesthetics and with co-op features. Set to launch soon, the game will be available on PC and mobile platforms. Players can travel the Asteria universe and engage in action-packed roguelike combat for up to 3 players.
In “Dragonspire,” players can anticipate procedurally generated challenges where they can work with their online friends to overcome various difficulties. Along the way, they’ll discover new abilities and skills that will let them take on epic boss battles, defeat swarms of hostile enemies, gather plentiful loot, and more.
Naomi, Serena, or Breeze? Players can currently select 3 characters to play namely Naomi, Serena, and Breeze, each with their own personalities, elemental affinities, and fighting specializations. We assume that more playable characters will be available in the future. Additionally, there are over 150 elemental crests in the game, as well as miracle eggs that can be hatched so that players can acquire helpful pet boons along the road.

“Dragonspire” dubbed itself as the “Anime version of Hades” which at first look at the game, makes sense since they are both roguelike games. But claiming to be the anime version of one of the most acclaimed roguelike games out there can be a double-edged sword. You can live up to that expectation or bomb since you compared yourself to one of the best roguelike games out there.

“Dragonspire” has no official release date just yet but it seems that it will be scheduled to go live next year and will be available for Android, iOS, and PC. For now, you can go to their Steam page to add them to your wishlist. For more information about “Dragonspire,” visit their official website.
