“Night Crows” WeMade Reveals New MMORPG Made With Unreal Engine 5

WeMade has recently revealed their newest big project called “Night Crows,” a brand new ambitious MMORPG made with Unreal Engine 5. The game will feature a massive faction versus faction war that will consist of 1000 players on one battlefield.

In order to pull this game off, WeMade acquired Mad Engine Studio led by Meonseok Son, who is known for creating Nexon’s “Project V4.” The game was officially unveiled and showcased during the annual G-Star 2022 gaming convention in South Korea. You can check out the trailer down below.

Few details have been revealed about “Night Crows” but we do know that the game will be set in 13th-century Europe and will focus on large-scale PVP confrontations. Players will assume the role of one of the “Night Crows,” a mercenary guild that intervenes in conflicts around the world.

The game is made with Unreal Engine 5 so players can expect some pretty awesome graphics. As for gameplay, “Night Crows” will feature real-time dynamic combat. It will also take great emphasis on managing battlefields as the game will have collision mechanics between players. And with 1000 players in one area, that’s going to be a lot of chaos. Additionally, 16 playable classes will be available upon release, each one with a specific combat style.

“Night Crows” have already passed its internal testing and is scheduled for an April 2023 release in South Korea. A global version is yet to be announced but since this is WeMade, we can expect that they will launch it as soon as possible since their main source of revenue comes from the global market.

WeMade did not mention which gaming platform the game will be available but we can assume it will be PC with cross-platform and cross-play support for either console and maybe mobile. Finally, since this is from WeMade, it may have blockchain technology and Play-2-Earn features but the company did not confirm this just yet. More info coming soon!
