“Gran Saga: Unlimited” Is Aptos Network’s First Blockchain Game

One of the most awaited Web2 games is now a Web3. Npixel’s “Gran Saga: Unlimited” will be the first game to be published on the new Web3 platform, Aptos Network. The game is a successful MMORPG made by the creators of “Seven Knights” and has been one of the top-grossing games on both the Android and iOS app stores.

The two companies are bringing “Gran Saga: Unlimited” to take advantage of NFTs, GameFi, and blockchain with Web3 gaming being the focus of Aptos Network this year making the game the first of many titles coming to the network.

“Grand Saga: Unlimited” will be the first gaming title on Metapixel, Npixel’s metaverse ecosystem. It will utilize Web3 and blockchain technology. “Gran Saga: Unlimited” is touted to be the sequel to the original Web3 game, “Gran Saga” which had over four million downloads since its launch.

Players will have the opportunity to earn in-game assets and mint gaming equipment in the form of NFTs which they can freely trade inside various NFT marketplaces built on the Aptos Network. “Gran Saga: Unlimited” will be available on PC first and will gradually launch on mobile devices in the future. There is no official release date yet but Aptos and Npixel are targeting an official launch within the first quarter of 2023.
