“World Of Zenonia” Now Renamed As “Zenonia Chronobreak”

It’s been quite a long time since we last got an update about Com2uS’ upcoming open-world RPG, “World Of Zenonia.” The company has recently announced that the game will now be renamed “Zenonia Chronobreak” which according to the devs, better reflects the premise of the game and its plot that takes place between several times and spaces.

“Zenonia Chronobreak” was first announced during Com2uS’ third quarterly financial report back in 2020 and was slated for a possible 2022 release date. But since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, the development of the game was greatly affected. The game is set to be an open-world 3D MMORPG. “Zenonia Chronobreak” was originally reported to have inherited the franchise’s non-targeting action combat system and will have a dynamic world complete with a 360-degree worldview and changing weather patterns. Additionally and more importantly, the original protagonist of the game, Regret is coming back.

Please be reminded that the information above was initially reported 3 years ago. It’s probably safe to assume that a lot has changed in the game since then. As to what those changes are, we can only wait for updates from Com2uS to find out.

Com2uS plans to release “Zenonina Chronobreak” in the first half of 2023. They did not specify which version yet but it’s probably safe to assume that it’s the Korean version. Additionally, the game will run on blockchain technology so, yes, there will be NFTs and P2E mechanics involved. More info soon so stay tuned!
