PlayStation has been in the news lately in relation to mobile gaming. Recently, there have been rumors that the company, which is owned by Sony, is developing two new Triple-A titles for the mobile platform. Please note that this information has not been officially confirmed. However, the person who leaked the information, Shaun Weber, has a track record of being accurate with similar leaks in the past. Therefore, while this information is likely to be true, it is still advisable to approach it with a bit of skepticism.
These recent rumors suggest that PlayStation will be releasing these games very soon. These projects are being created using the Unreal Engine, known for its ability to create immersive and expansive gaming environments. Additionally, it has been speculated that one of the two games will be Free-To-Play. Additionally, one of the games will be based on an existing PlayStation IP, such as Spider-Man, while the other will be a brand new title set in its own unique universe.
More info suggests that (again, we don’t know which one will be the premium title and the F2P,) will be an action-adventure game, and it may possibly be open-world, which is an area where the Unreal Engine excels. The second game, on the other hand, will be a 3D RPG. This could take the form of a turn-based game, a card game, or a game with a story mode. The RPG game is also said to have a unique art style, which could be a refreshing change for players. As both games are still in the early stages of development, not much else is known about them.
