Attention all “Re: Zero” fans! Get ready for a brand new mobile game called “Re: Zero – Witch’s Re: surrection!” The game was just announced at AnimeJapan 2023 to commemorate the series’ 10th anniversary. Along with the announcement came a trailer that showed off the game’s stunning art style and vibrant atmosphere.
Players will be able to freely explore the Kingdom of Lugunica while collecting resources, battling alongside their favorite characters from the series, and uncovering the secrets of the “Re: Zero” universe. The game is being developed by Elemental Craft and supervised by the original light novel writer, Tappei Nagatsuki.
“Re: Zero – Witch’s Re: surrection” is the latest addition to the popular “Re: Zero” franchise, which follows the story of Subaru Natsuki as he is summoned to a fantasy-like world and discovers he has the power to turn back time after dying. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the game’s release and while no official date has been announced, it is expected to be released in Japan before a worldwide release.
The announcement of the game came alongside the announcement of the series’ 3rd season, which has also been eagerly awaited by fans. With both the game and the new season on the horizon, it’s a great time to be a “Re: Zero” fan!
