Popular Youtuber, content creator, and entrepreneur, Markiplier is stepping into the world of horror filmmaking with his upcoming self-financed feature “Iron Lung.” Markiplier, who rose to fame on YouTube for his “Let’s Play” gameplay commentary, has a reach of over 69 million across his various digital platforms and was named one of Forbes’ top creators of 2022.
With a passion for horror and action, Markiplier will star in and direct the film from his own script, alongside producers Will Hyde and Jeff Guerrero. The plot of the film is currently under wraps but is based on the bestselling 2022 submarine horror game of the same name by David Szymanski.
