Netmarble finally unveils its new mobile game, “Raising Seven Knights.” During a press conference, Kim Jung-min, CEO of Netmarble Nexus, expressed his ambition to challenge the global market with an idle game. The release date is scheduled for September, but it may be released earlier based on the test results.
“Raising Seven Knights” is an idle RPG developed by Netmarble Nexus, drawing inspiration from Netmarble’s renowned game, “Seven Knights” franchise. CEO Kim Jung-min stated that he wanted to create a game that is light, easy to enjoy, and appeals to users worldwide. Considering the rapid growth of idle games in recent years, he decided to venture into this market to achieve profitability.
In “Raising Seven Knights,” players will encounter various characters from the “Seven Knights” franchise portrayed in small, adorable SD (Super Deformed) character designs. The game currently features approximately 150 types of characters. It can be conveniently enjoyed in portrait mode with minimal controls, and character development is simplified due to its idle gameplay mechanics.

Additionally, the game offers a duel field where players can engage in exciting 10 vs. 10 battles. CEO Kim Jung-min stated, “With the combination of ten characters, battles are conducted with a focus on strategic gameplay.”

The worldwide release of “Raising Seven Knights” is planned for September. Netmarble CEO Kwon Young-sik mentioned that the response from the in-house test has been highly positive. As a result, depending on the test results in the future, the game may be released slightly earlier than initially scheduled.
