“Axie Infinity”, the popular blockchain-based game, has exciting news for its players. In honor of Philippine Independence Day, the game is launching a special Filipino-themed event called the Filipino Fiesta Contest.
The event introduces the Fortune Chests in “Axie Infinity”. These artifacts are packed with valuable treasures like Moonshards, crafting materials, and up to 100,000 SLP. If you have a Chick rank or higher, there’s a 50% chance of receiving a Fortune Chest when you triumph in a Ranked Stamina Battle in Origins during the Filipino Fiesta. The more battles you engage in, the greater your chances of being rewarded. Higher-ranked players have access to even more fabulous prizes. Just a word of caution, though: once your daily Stamina is depleted, you won’t be able to earn any more Fortune Chests. The Aurora chests on the other hand have a 3% maximum drop rate per victory. This chest holds within it the possibility of 100,000 SLP.
To be eligible for an Aurora Fortune Chest, you need to be a Wolf rank or higher. But don’t worry if you’re new or making a comeback, as players with a Chick rank have a 50% chance of receiving a Bronze Fortune Chest for a Ranked Stamina Battle.
“Axie Infinity” has even more in store for its players during the Filipino Fiesta Contest. By completing missions within the contest, you can earn more than just chests. They also unveiled new Filipino-themed cosmetic rewards, including avatars, borders, and stickers. The number of points you accumulate depends on the type of chest you acquire: Bronze chests grant 20 points, Gold chests grant 55 points, and Diamond chests give you 120 points.
