“Fantasian” The JRPG By “Final Fantasy” Creator Is Heading To PC

“Fantasian” is one of those gorgeous JRPG games that went under the radar because of its Apple exclusivity and to think it was made by “Final Fantasy” creator, Hironobu Sakaguchi. Its initial exclusivity to Apple Arcade left PC gamers yearning for a chance to enter its enchanting world.

But now it seems that that’s going to change soon. A Steam database entry lists “Fantasian,” sparking hope for a PC release. The game’s unique art style features real-life dioramas crafted by special effects artists from iconic films like Godzilla. “Fantasian” boasts stunningly realistic environments.

Mistwalker, Sakaguchi’s studio, debuted the game’s first part on Apple Arcade in spring 2021, with the second half later that summer, showing their dedication.

Twitter user ‘Knoebel’ discovered the Steam listing, indicating the end of its Apple Arcade exclusivity. Sakaguchi acknowledged fan requests for a PC release and a sequel, fueling excitement.
