“Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising” Release Date Shifts to December 14

Tokyo-based video game publisher and developer Cygames, Inc. has shifted the release date for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising to allow for additional fine-tuning. Published and produced by Cygames, and developed by Arc System Works Co., Ltd., the game is now scheduled to be released on December 14, 2023, for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam platforms.

In accordance with the new release date, Early Access play included with preorders of the Deluxe Edition from the PlayStation Store will now begin on December 11 but may be rescheduled for maintenance or other reasons.

Cygames sincerely apologizes to fans looking forward to the game’s release. The decision to move the release date was made to further improve the game’s quality and deliver the best experience possible to players.

A second open beta test for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will be held from November 9 to November 12 on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam platforms. This beta test will feature cross-platform multiplayer and the Grand Bruise Legends! party mode. More details regarding the beta will be announced on the official GBVS X (formerly Twitter) account.
