Aceforce FPS Game Sequel Reportedly In Development

It seems that Tencent Games is preparing a sequel to their anime-ish competitive FPS, Aceforce, simply titled ACEFORCE 2. Tencent has submitted a trademark application for ACEFORCE 2, including a logo, in Europe and Canada. This move signifies Tencent’s plan to move away from the norm and target the global audience as soon as possible.

Ace Force was made with a mobile-centric approach, an anime-style aesthetic, and gameplay reminiscent of Overwatch. The recent trademark application for ACEFORCE 2 suggests that Tencent is ready to bring the sequel to a broader audience.

While details about the gameplay and launch timeline are currently unknown, fans were keen to point out that the website registration for the game is in a Western domain (http://aceforce2.com) but is currently inactive.
