MapleStory Worlds Soft-Launching in Select Countries This October

Nexon America has announced the soft launch of MapleStory Worlds on October 16, 2024. The platform will be available in North and South America for Android, iOS, and PC users.

MapleStory Worlds offers players and creators a space to explore and create user-generated content within the MapleStory universe. Players can use over 30 million assets or their own to build custom worlds, supported by drag-and-drop tools or advanced Lua scripting. The platform also features social elements, including chat rooms and friends lists.

Creators can design in-game items and set up revenue models similar to Roblox. Players can purchase and use these items in various worlds. Customization options for avatars are extensive, allowing users to personalize everything from clothing to hairstyles.

Following the soft launch, MapleStory Worlds plans to expand to additional regions.
