The open-world RPG “My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero” is set to shut down on March 31, 2025. The game was developed by Xin Yuan Studios and published by Sony Pictures Television, KOMOE Game Corporation, and A-PLUS JAPAN.
Game Shutdown Details
The development team announced the closure on X (formerly known as Twitter), expressing gratitude to the community: “The entire team is truly grateful for your support and passion throughout this journey.” Following the announcement, in-game purchases have been disabled, and the game has been removed from both the Google Play Store and the App Store. Players who still have the game installed can continue playing and utilize any remaining Hero Coins until the service concludes.
Refunds and Player Compensation
For players who made purchases between January 25, 2025, and February 24, 2025, refund requests can be submitted with valid receipts before the shutdown date. Additionally, as a token of appreciation, the developers are awarding players with SSS+ copies of Limited Heroes and 100,000 Hero Coins via in-game mail. The customer support team will remain available to address user inquiries for 30 days post-shutdown.
