AFK Journey is set to welcome two iconic characters from the beloved anime series Fairy Tail. Starting May 1, 2025, players can recruit Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia, marking the game’s inaugural anime crossover.

A New Dimension in AFK Journey

Natsu and Lucy will be part of the newly introduced Dimensional faction, a feature unveiled during AFK Journey’s first anniversary. This addition follows the precedent set by AFK Arena, AFK Journey’s predecessor, which incorporated crossover characters from titles like The Witcher 3, Assassin’s Creed, and Prince of Persia, as well as anime series such as Re:Zero and Tensura.

While specific class roles remain under wraps, it’s confirmed that Natsu Dragneel will be an S-level character, suggesting formidable abilities and a potentially lower drop rate. Conversely, Lucy Heartfilia is designated as an A-level character, indicating she may be more accessible to players.
