NCSOFT today revealed that its highly anticipated project, known until now as LLL, will officially be called CINDER CITY. The reveal coincides with the launch of its brand-new website.
Currently in development by NCSOFT’s studio BigFire Games, CINDER CITY is an MMO tactical shooter set to launch in the second half of 2026 for both PC and consoles. A fresh look at the game’s logo has also been revealed, now featured on its brand website and official social channels.

Key features of CINDER CITY include:
- Seamless open world powered by Unreal Engine 5, delivering dynamic, high-fidelity graphics.
- Unique sci-fi alternate history where 23rd century technology intersects with the 21st century.
- Post-apocalyptic Seoul, meticulously crafted and inspired by real-world locations such as Samseong-dong and Nonhyeon-dong.
- Realistic combat mechanics designed to authentically replicate firearm operations.

BigFire Games CEO Jaehyun Bae said, “The title CINDER CITY represents future humanity’s struggle against a grave crisis to restore hope and save the city from the ashes.” He added, “Our entire team is fully committed to creating and delivering a game that will exceed the expectations of players around the globe.”
