At gamescom Opening Night Live 2025, Saroasis Studios unveiled new details about its upcoming title, Fate Trigger. Following its closed beta test, which was only available to European servers, the studio confirmed that the game will launch first on PC in Early Access during Q1 2026.
Why Early Access First?
Although Fate Trigger was originally planned for multiple platforms, the developers chose to begin on PC under an Early Access model. This approach will allow the team to:
- Deliver consistent updates throughout development.
- Gather player feedback to refine mechanics and features.
- Gradually expand the game’s content scale before full release.
The Early Access phase could last anywhere from months to years, depending on the scope of updates and community input.
What to Expect from Fate Trigger
Fate Trigger combines battle royale elements with rich RPG-inspired features, set across massive maps filled with floating islands. Players can expect:
- Solo and Team Play – Compete for survival alone or squad up for tactical combat.
- Weapon Crafting & Customization – Personalize your arsenal with deep crafting options.

While PC will be the starting point, Fate Trigger is also confirmed for:
