KLab Announces Global Release of New My Hero Academia Mobile Game in 2026

A new mobile game based on the popular anime series My Hero Academia has been officially announced by Japanese developer-publisher KLab Inc. It is scheduled to launch worldwide in 2026 (Mainland China excluded). The My Hero Academia Production Committee has given its full approval for the game’s development.

Although there are still few details available, KLab stated that development is going well and that players everywhere can expect a new hero-action experience from the game. The announcement coincides with the anime’s final season, which is ideal for franchise fans.

What We Still Don’t Know and What to Expect

The main themes of My Hero Academia, such as quirks (superpowers), hero training, exciting fights against villains, and a large cast of well-known characters, are probably going to be carried over into the new mobile game. Expectations are high for powerful visuals, fluid action gameplay, and an accurate adaptation of the series’ tone given KLab’s history of producing anime-based games.

However, a lot of details are still unknown, including the game’s title, precise release date, platforms (not just mobile), regional rollout information, and gameplay systems. Whether the game will have PvP features, gacha mechanics, or multilingual support at launch has not yet been revealed by KLab.
