Everstone Studio has officially announced that the mobile version of its Wuxia action RPG, Where Winds Meet, will launch globally on iOS and Android devices this month. The game, which previously had its global release on PlayStation 5 and PC on November 14, will become available for mobile players on December 12.
Cross-Play and Shared Progress
A key feature of the mobile launch is the inclusion of cross play and shared progress. This means that players can continue their adventure seamlessly across multiple platforms. Whether starting on PC, PS5, or mobile, players will be able to pick up their progress from any supported device, allowing for maximum flexibility. The full game experience on mobile is confirmed to be the same as the console and PC versions.
Setting and Gameplay
Where Winds Meet transports players to the turbulent era of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms in 10th century China, a period defined by political conflict and power struggles. Players assume the role of a young warrior on a quest for identity, uncovering mysteries hidden within the chaos. The Wuxia world encourages dynamic exploration, where the environment changes based on time, weather, and the player’s choices, with every decision shaping the character’s reputation as a hero or a rebel. The combat system allows players to select their preferred fighting style, supporting both solo play and four person co op mode. The game is free to play on PS5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
