NetEase Recruiting Testers for Secret New Open World Game

NetEase Games is currently looking for beta testers to help with a new, unannounced open-world project. The recruitment drive was recently discovered on the mobile gaming platform TapTap. While NetEase is well known for the success of Marvel Rivals, this new test is for a completely different game that has not yet been officially revealed. Because the project is strictly confidential, anyone selected to participate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep details secret.

High End PC Requirements

The upcoming test seems to be focused primarily on the PC version of the game. The requirements for testers are quite high, suggesting that the game will feature advanced graphics and complex systems. To qualify, players must have a PC with at least 32 GB of RAM and an Intel i7 or equivalent processor. This indicates that NetEase is aiming for a high-quality visual experience similar to their other recent titles. Those interested in applying need to move quickly, as the recruitment window closes on January 6.

Speculation Around “Ananta”

While the game remains unconfirmed, many fans believe the test might be for Ananta, a project being developed by NetEase and Naked Rain. Previous trailers for Ananta have shown an open world that combines elements of popular city-based games with anime-style visuals. The game is expected to feature a wide variety of activities, including driving vehicles and swinging through cityscapes. If the beta test is indeed for Ananta, it would mean the game is making significant progress toward a future release.
