Bushiroad Announces Upcoming Palworld TCG Coming July 2026

In a sudden announcement during the 15th Anniversary Bushiroad New Year Grand Presentation, held on January 12, 2026 at Tokyo Dome City, a new project involving Palworld and Bushiroad was revealed. This coming July 30, 2026, a brand new trading card game based on the world of Palworld will be released.

What’s been revealed?

As of the moment, the only details regarding the upcoming TCG is that it’ll be a competitive two-player card game where players would do tactical battles together with their pals. Similar to the namesake game, players will have to gather resources and build bases to aim their way towards victory with Pals having their own unique traits. Considering as well that Bushiroad would be the company producing the Palworld TCG, the game is in good hands looking at other Bushiroad TCGs like Cardfight!! Vanguard, Weiß Schwarz, and Shadowverse: Evolve

Apart from the release date of July 30 later on this year, no other details such as the prices of upcoming starter decks or booster packs have been revealed.

What does this mean for Palworld?

While the Pokemon with Gun allegations aren’t stopping as Pocketpair even recently announced a farming and crafting spinoff in Palworld: Palfarm a week after Pokopia’s reveal, this just shows how successful the Palworld IP had been. Even with the current high-profile patent battles with Nintendo, it seems that the franchise shows no signs of stopping.
