The ASEAN Youth Esports Championship 2025 (AYESC25) is officially set to take place in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia from June 23 to 28, 2025. Organised by the Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF), and held in collaboration with Impact Integrated and Esports Integrated (ESI), the event will gather the top youth esports players from all 11 ASEAN nations.
AYESC25 is more than just a competition. It’s a celebration of unity, youth, and esports under the umbrella of Malaysia’s ASEAN 2025 Chairmanship.

- Tournament Venue: ESI Hub, Spacerubix, Puchong
- Accommodation: Four Points by Sheraton, Puchong
- Dates: June 23–28, 2025
- Arrival Point: Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
All accommodation, food & beverage, and airport transfers are fully covered by MESF. Daily transport between hotel and venue is included.

Delegation Requirements
Each country is required to send:
- 2 Youth Players (Aged 18–30)
- 1 Federation Delegate

- Confirmation of Participation
- Passport Scans (both players)
- Player Registration Form (template provided)
- Country Flag (Vector), Jersey Mockup, National Anthem (Audio)
- Dietary or Medical Needs
- Visa Assistance Details (if applicable)

Gala Night – A Grand ASEAN Farewell
Scheduled for June 27, the Gala Night at Four Points Ballroom will include:
