“Tower Of Fantasy” is a shared open-world RPG with tons of content and features. One major feature is the Simulacra. It’s basically the game’s gacha system where you can try and pull for Weapons as well as the characters who wield them, also known as Simulacra. Getting both is great and all but did you know you can push your weapon ability further by giving gifts to your Simulacras? The process is called “Awakening.” Here’s how.
Where Can You Buy Gifts?
Gifts are the main items you’ll be buying to increase your Simulacra’s Awakening. There are 3 types of gifts: Small Gifts, Fine Gifts, and Special Gifts. Each type of gift contains different items inside, but the Special Gift is the one that has the items that give the most Awakening points.
There are 2 stores that sell gifts: The points Store and the Crystal Dust Store. Simply go to one of these stores and buy the gift you wish. Remember that you need Training Points or Energy Crystal Dust to purchase gifts which you can get by doing the daily training around the map and the instances. You can also buy them using gold in Banges Docks through the NPC Item Vendor, Claude.
Giving Gifts To Your Simulacra
If you’ve purchased a gift box, remember to open it first from your backpack and choose the gift you want. Once opened, the gift will automatically transfer to the gift section of your backpack. Do not choose a gift randomly though. Each Simulacra has specific likes and dislike so choosing the right gift to give your Simulacra can wield more points than just giving them random stuff. More on that later.
To give a gift to your Simulacra, open the main menu, choose simulacra, and then choose which one you want to give a gift to. Once chosen, go to the “Awakening” tab found on the left side of your screen then go to the “Gift” tab found this time on the right side of your screen. Choose the gift you want to give them, and that’s it! You can now see that Simulacra’s Awakening points have increased.
Why Do You Need To Give Gifts?
Giving gifts to your Simulacra and increasing their Awakening points will eventually let you unlock Simulacrum Traits. These traits are like permanent buffs with special effects. Each Simulacra has 2 traits available to unlock. The first one is when you reach 1200 Awakening Points and the second is when you hit 4000 Awakening Points.
Once you’ve unlocked a Trait, you can activate it by going to the Simulacra menu and toggling the “Use Simulacrum Trait” found at the bottom right of your screen. This will equip the trait and will take effect immediately.
Best Gift For Each Simulacra
As mentioned before, each Simulacra has its own personality and traits which means they have their own likes and dislikes. If the Simulacra likes your gifts, you can get bigger Awakening Points than giving it random ones. The maximum Awakening Points for the best gift you can give is 80 but you’ll encounter some that will only receive 60 points like Samir and Ene.
