Ubisoft has dropped something big for mobile gamers around the world! Their flagship RPG game, “Assassin’s Creed” is getting a Triple-A title for mobile and they went all the way for this one. “Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade” is a Free-To-Play open-world RPG where players can create their own assassin, parkour through ancient China’s cities, engage in intense combat, and roam the open world!
What We Know So Far
“Codename Jade” takes place in 215 BCE China. As mentioned above, players can create their own characters in the game. You’ll get the chance to parkour atop the Great Wall of China, sneak through bustling cities, engage in intense combat, and discover the secrets, and the vastness of the game’s open world set in ancient China. There’s also a stand-alone main storyline that players can follow.
A brief trailer for the game shows a hawk flying above cities and a part of The Great Wall where an Assassin is perched on one of the top pillars, looking at the vast horizon, (which we can presume can be explored) ready to jump and perform the infamous Leap of Faith. The trailer is described as taken with the actual in-game engine so we can assume the game will have spectacular graphics.
Release Date?
There is no release date for “Assassin’s Creed: Codename Jade” just yet as the game is still under development, but what we do know is that it is set to officially launch sometime after “Assassin’s Creed Mirage.” We’ll be sure to update you about this game as soon as we get more info.
