Neversoft has announced that the official website for their upcoming mobile waifu RPG adventure game, “Cherry Tale” is now live. Players will form a team of beautiful and charming anime girls and begin a huge fantasy adventure while forging bonds along the way.

About “Cherry Tale”

“Cherry Tale” takes place in a world where humans have special magical abilities gifted to them by the Gods. Having these powers has proven to be a lifeline for humans as fallen angels have waged war against their race. As the war went on, the fallen angels were overpowering the humans. Having no choice, the humans sacrificed their powers in exchange for help from the Gods themselves. Thus the war was put to an end. Different kingdoms began to emerge as time passed. But so did monsters empowered by what’s left of the fallen angels’ energy.

Blinded by ambition and desire for power, the humans went back to their old ways and waged war against each other. A new neverending war is happening once again. Cinderella, the queen of the Northern Kingdom has signed a contract with a person who calls himself the Demon King that will set fate in motion once more.

Inspired By Fairy Tales, Myths, And Legends

The characters in “Cherry Tale” are all inspired by various fairy tales, myths, legends, and even historical figures but with an added fantasy twist put on them. Imagine little innocent Red Riding Hood hunting the seriously traumatized Big Bad Wolf with a saw blade, and Snow White who we all thought was the poster girl for innocence and love is actually a manipulative liar who likes to scheme for her own benefit. There are tons more like these in the game, all wrapped up in anime aesthetics. So if you’re a fan of waifus and love collecting them, this game is definitely something to check out.
