Black Salt Games has announced that its hit horror fishing RPG, Dredge, will be available on Android and iOS starting December 18th, 2024. Known for its blend of Lovecraftian horror and fishing gameplay, Dredge was widely regarded as one of the top indie games of 2023.

In Dredge, players explore a series of remote islands and eerie waters, encountering over 125 unique deep-sea creatures. The game combines a relaxing fishing experience with horror elements, offering a dangerous yet captivating adventure. Players start their journey from an archipelago called The Mallows, where they can complete quests and uncover hidden secrets.
Mobile Optimization and Pre-Order Information
Dredge has been optimized for touch controls on mobile devices, with the option to use a controller for those who prefer it. Pre-orders for iOS and Mac are already available via the App Store. However, Android users will have to wait for pre-registration, as Black Salt Games is currently addressing issues with the Google Play Store.
According to Joel Mason, one of the developers, the delay in pre-registration on Android is due to Google questioning the studio’s ownership rights to the game. Black Salt Games is working to resolve the issue ahead of the scheduled launch.
