Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 2nd Anniversary Celebrates with New Characters, Events, and More

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, the popular sci-fi RPG from SHIFT UP and Level Infinite, marks its 2nd anniversary with a content-rich update featuring new characters, exclusive costumes, fresh story chapters, and special in-game events. During an anniversary broadcast on October 26, 2024, players were given a preview of what they can expect in the celebration.

New SSR Characters and Costumes

The anniversary update introduces three new SSR characters with unique abilities:

SSR Cinderella – A supporter who uses mirrors to reflect damage and boost allies’ critical rate. Her Burst Skill creates a shield that scales with allies’ missing HP.
SSR Rapunzel: Pure Grace – Available through the anniversary selection pool, this healer offers resurrection and protection from status effects with her Burst Skill.
SSR Grave – Debuting on November 7, 2024, Grave is a damage dealer with debuff capabilities and a powerful AoE Burst Skill, part of a limited-time event.

Players can also unlock new themed costumes: Scarlet’s “Longing Flower,” Isabel’s “Honeymoon Party,” D: Killer Wife’s “Secret Party Cleaner,” and Cinderella’s “Glass Princess,” available in the costume shop starting November 7, 2024.

Story Expansion and Mini-Game Launch

The 2nd anniversary update expands NIKKE’s story, with new Chapters 33 and 34 delving into Cinderella’s backstory. The new story event, OLD TALES, launching on October 31, 2024, introduces characters like Hansel and Gretel, Red Shoes, and Little Mermaid. This thematic event explores NIKKE history, with a special 2D Metroidvania mini-game titled In The Mirror that enhances gameplay immersion.

Special Live and Online Events

To further celebrate, NIKKE will host various live and online events. Fans can enjoy an orchestra concert featuring the game’s music, exclusive product showcases at Comic Market 105 in Japan, and a Global Creators Competition for artists and content creators.

With its extensive updates and interactive events, Goddess of Victory: NIKKE offers players a comprehensive experience as it celebrates its 2nd anniversary. The game is available for Android, iOS, and Windows PC.
