Marvel Games and NetEase Games have announced their latest collaboration, MARVEL Mystic Mayhem, a team-based tactical RPG set in the Marvel Universe. The game will be free-to-play on both Android and iOS platforms and is expected to launch soon. This announcement comes shortly after NetEase revealed their latest project, Destiny: Rising.
Assemble Iconic Marvel Heroes in MARVEL Mystic Mayhem
In MARVEL Mystic Mayhem, players will create a team of three heroes, battling against the villainous forces of Nightmare, the ruler of the Dream Dimension. Notable characters like Scarlet Witch, Moon Knight, Captain America, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Sleepwalker are available, each with unique abilities that players will need to master.
Battle Nightmare in the Marvel Universe
The game focuses on a turn-based tactical RPG format, where players must work together with Doctor Strange and Sleepwalker to harness the power of dream energy from the Mindscape. Their mission is to strengthen their team and face Nightmare’s army, preventing the collapse of reality itself. The storyline explores each hero’s deepest fears, transforming them into dangerous dungeons players must overcome.
Marvel and NetEase Partnership
This is not the first collaboration between Marvel and NetEase Games. Their previous joint projects included Marvel Super War, which shut down in June 2024, and Marvel Duel. With MARVEL Mystic Mayhem, the companies aim to expand their portfolio in mobile gaming by delivering an exciting, strategy-driven experience for fans of the Marvel Universe.
