Girl Frontline’s “Neural Cloud” Global Version Begins Pre-Registration Phase

Sunborn Network Technology has recently announced that the global version of their upcoming strategy mobile game, “Neural Cloud” has started its pre-registration campaign. The game is a spin-off title of the massively popular “Girls Frontline” mobile game franchise featuring cute anime aesthetics and loads of collectible waifus.

About “Neural Cloud”

“Neural Cloud” is a mix of RPG, Rogue-like elements, and Auto Chess combat rolled into one mobile game title. The game takes place in the not-so-distant future where players will assume the role of the “professor” in charge of the Neural Cloud Project which has something to do with A.I. and preserving the memory of your companion dolls (waifus).

Players will need to form a team and set out on skirmishes much like the original “Girls Frontline.” During these skirmishes, they can choose different paths that have different effects. You can either take on enemies and move forward faster, stop and camp and let your team have a bit of a breather, or maybe pick up a buff that will benefit you down the road. This gives the game the rogue-like element and will let players test their strategic prowess and their ability to plan ahead.

The combat system in “Neural Cloud” is automated. Proper positioning of your characters on the field is the key to victory. Each character has their own abilities, strengths, and weaknesses so knowing where to position them on the field will give you a better chance of victory.

Arguably, the biggest upgrade the game has is that the characters are now rendered in 3D. The original “Girls Frontline” was animated in 2D but it still captured millions of fans around the world.

When Will The Game Be Available?

“Neural Cloud” will be available for both Android and iOS devices but an exact release date has not been announced just yet. It is speculated that the global version will launch concurrently with the South Korean version which was reported to be released in the second half of 2022. With the pre-registration phase already open and milestones set up, it won’t be long until they make an official announcement about it. You can sign up now through their official website.
