Developer That Summer Games has released a teaser video and images for their upcoming free-to-roam mobile RPG, “Project CPW.” The game is made with Unreal Engine 5 and will feature a vast dynamic open world where players can climb, fly, swim, and roam around anywhere.

“Project CPW” aims to give players full freedom when it comes to exploring their open-world environment. The developers mentioned that the game will have some sort of physics and chemistry engine in the game which basically translates to material interactions and elemental reactions. Players can even change the terrain and ecosystem which will have far-reaching effects on the world.

Everyone’s A Protagonist In Their Own Story

Aside from the free-roaming, “Project CPW” will focus on storytelling. All players are considered protagonists in the game, each will have their own path, legends, and moments of glory. There are also multiplayer elements where you’ll need to team up with others to change the world.

Combat in the game will be action-based. Players can learn their own style and skills which is also supported by the physics and chemistry engines. Players will be able to use their environment to gain an advantage during combat and come up with their own strategies. But beware, enemies in the game will be using the same weapons as you do.

Since the game is made with Unreal Engine 5, the graphics are stunning. Collections and achievements in the game will be displayed in the form of actual objects rather than mere lists in your menu. Players can actually see their achievements and the changes they bring to the world.

“Project CPW” is currently open for pre-registration via TapTap. There is no mention of an official release date just yet.
