China-based game developer NARX Games has recently announced that their upcoming open-world MMO, “Project: Reborn” has begun beta sign-ups in China as well as releasing a brand new trailer featuring the gameplay mechanics of the game as well as combat features. The game is another addition to the multiple open-world mobile games that have been coming out recently with an emphasis on real-time hack and slash combat and world exploration.
“Project: Reborn” is a Japanese-style anime mobile game combining hack and slash combat with MMO elements. Players will be exploring a vast open world where your ultimate goal is to get right of “nightmares” that frequently occur in different countries in the world and discover a mysterious truth sealed in a location lost to history.
Not much is known about the game right now and NARX Games is being pretty tight on the information. What we do know right now is that “Project: Reborn” will take place in a world called Yeen where the Gods have disappeared, thus leaving the human race with “supreme freedom” to do good or evil.

To combat those who wish to do harm, a special team was born. The name of this faction is currently withheld by NARX GAmes. The purpose of this team is to “examine the heart of man, whether it be sorrow or pain.” Players will take the role of one of this faction’s team members and will wield a special weapon named after a Goddess.
“Project: Reborn” is currently in development. A Beta phase was mentioned to be underway but it is more likely that it will only be available in China. An English version is possible to happen in the future since NARX Games seems to be aiming to have a global presence. You can visit their official website, but there’s not much info about “Project: Reborn” there.
