Project Terrarium, a 3D third-person shooter by GPUN, is currently in development and is expected to launch in January 2027. The game will be available across Mobile, PC, and Console platforms, offering a multi-device experience for players worldwide.
Command the NAUs in an Alien-Invasion Setting
Set in a near-future world after an alien invasion, players will take control of Neutral Android Units (NAU), advanced robotic girls designed for combat. The game, developed using Unity Engine, centers on the strategic use of mechanical weapons known as M.A. which the NAUs pilot in battle. Each NAU and M.A. have distinct abilities, providing players with varied gameplay options.

Unique Mecha Transformations and Gameplay
The M.A. mechs can transform into different forms such as vehicles, turrets, and flying units, depending on the tactical needs of the battle. This variety in transformation offers deep strategic elements, allowing players to adapt their approach in real-time combat scenarios.

Notable Development Team
The project has garnered attention due to its connection with Choi Joo-hong, the former director of hit titles like Destiny Child and Goddess of Victory: Nikke. Choi has emphasized the importance of creating emotional connections with the characters, a concept central to subculture games. He plans to apply this philosophy to Project Terrarium by focusing on player attachment to the NAU characters.

Global Release and Pre-Registration
Pre-registrations for the game are already open in China through the Haoyou Kuaidao app store, with expectations for a broader global release in 2027. As the release date approaches, more updates on gameplay, story, and features are expected.
Stay tuned for further announcements regarding Project Terrarium, the upcoming multi-platform third-person shooter that blends mecha action with emotional storytelling.
