On June 6, 2025, HoYoverse will release Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.0, titled “Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn.” This update introduces the Waifei Peninsula, a new area in New Eridu, and marks the game’s official launch on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Players will explore Failume Heights, manage the Suibian Temple, and engage in expanded Hollow combat.
New Characters and Combat Enhancements
Version 2.0 adds several new Agents:
- Yixuan: An S-Rank Rupture Agent who uses Adrenaline instead of Energy, featuring two distinct Ultimate modes.
- Ju Fufu: An S-Rank Fire Stun Agent utilizing Might and Momentum to deal Physical and Fire damage.
- Pan Yinhu: An A-Rank Physical Defense Agent known for his culinary skills and combat prowess.
Additionally, the update introduces Belion, an S-Rank Bangboo, and brings back Astra Yao and Caesar in the Version 2.0 banners.
Anniversary Rewards and Events
To celebrate the game’s first anniversary, players can claim the following rewards:
- One free S-Rank Agent and one S-Rank W-Engine from the Stable Channel.
