“ArcheAge II” Kakao Games Announces Open World MMORPG Sequel For PC And Consoles

Game publisher Kakao Games and developer XL Games have announced that a sequel to the open-world MMORPG, “ArcheAge” is coming to PC and consoles! Simply named “ArcheAge II,” the game was revealed in the form of a cinematic trailer.

A sequel to “ArcheAge” was confirmed to be in development two years ago, but this is the first time the game was officially revealed by Kaka Games and XL Games. The short teaser trailer shows off some in-game footage, combat gameplay, different enemies, and character skills. You can also take a look at the seamless massive open world players will explore and boss fights they can dive into with friends and guildmates.

The trailer also includes an interview with executive producer, Jake Song who talks about “ArcheAge II” and what players can expect about the game. He emphasized that the development team is focusing on giving players an immersive story and action-packed combat never before seen in any MMORPG. Since it is made with Unreal Engine 5, expect “ArcheAge II” as an AAA title.

Additionally, Song also drops a tiny bit of info about the setting of the game. “ArcheAge II’s” story will revolve around players discovering and solving mysteries of an ancient civilization that was forgotten for thousands of years, leaving its ruins to blend with the natural environment.

There is no official release date for “ArcheAge II” just yet but it is confirmed to be coming to Windows PC and consoles which we assume will be for both PlayStation and XBox Series. More information coming soon so don’t forget to follow Enduins!
