The publisher of the mobile game Black Beacon has announced the immediate termination of the global service due to “operational difficulties” communicated by the developer, which are deemed “unforeseen and unavoidable” and beyond the publisher’s control. Despite efforts to align with the Chinese service’s 1.3 update, continuing the global service, future content, and technical support is no longer possible. Consequently, the global servers for Black Beacon will be permanently shut down on December 31, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+0).
Key Shutdown Schedule and Policy Changes
The process of shutting down the service begins immediately with several key dates:
- November 17, 2025, 04:00 (UTC+0): New downloads from all app stores will be disabled, and all in-app purchases and web-store purchases will be disabled.
- December 31, 2025, 04:00 (UTC+0): The game service will be officially terminated.
- January 02, 2026, 04:00 (UTC+0): All of Black Beacon’s official channels and website will be closed.
Regarding monetization, the publisher will provide refunds for unused paid “Rune Stones” based on a policy detailed in a separate announcement. However, purchased in-app items such as “Pure Energy Bonus” will remain active until their designated expiration date.

Appreciation Gifts for Remaining Players
The game will remain fully operational until the final termination date, and the team has prepared special appreciation gifts for all players, referred to as “Seers.” These support items will be provided through the in-game mailbox in two periods:
- Period 1 (Until November 30, 2025): Support items will be provided daily.
- Period 2 (December 1 to December 31, 2025): Support items will be provided every Monday, including Rune Shard x1000 and Spherical fruits – Large x2.
