Black Desert Mobile Concludes “Land of the Morning Light: Seoul” Expansion with New Tales and Black Shrine Bosses

  • Main storyline concludes with five bonus tales expanding its lore
  • Three new Black Shrine bosses make their debut with unique mechanics
  • The 2025 Guild League Championship Semifinals and Finals go live on November 16, with Calpheon Ball 2025 scheduled to air on December 13

Pearl Abyss announced a major update for Black Desert Mobile that brings the narrative of the expansion “Land of the Morning Light: Seoul” to a close. Following the conclusion of this epic storyline, Adventurers can now experience five bonus tales and face newly arrived bosses within the Black Shrine.

The update features the tales of “Bihyung,” “Blue-clad Youth,” “Seodong,” and “Two Sisters.” These tales are based on traditional Korean folklore, bringing legends and myths to life in the game. Upon completing all tales from “Land of the Morning Light: Seoul,” Adventurers can dive into five bonus tales—“Go Yun,” “Yeonhwa,” “Jang Daeseung,” “Deposed Crown Prince,” and “Traveler”—which deepen the expansion’s lore and emotional resonance.

Along with these stories, three formidable bosses—”Bihyung,” “Janghwa and Hongryeon,” and “Jigwi”—have arrived in the Black Shrine. Each of the new bosses brings unique mechanics and challenges across six difficulty levels (“Calamities”). Additionally, Calamity 6 difficulty has been added for previously released bosses as well, including Samsin, Bulgasal, and Uturi, which were first introduced in the August update.

2025 Black Desert Mobile Guild League Championship is also hyping up Adventurers with a competitive spirit. The semifinals and finals of this team PvP tournament will be held on Sunday, November 16 at 4:00 PM (Server Time, UTC+8) in a best-of-three, single-elimination tournament format to determine the strongest guild.

Fans around the world can watch the matches live on the official Black Desert Mobile YouTube channel with live coverage and commentary. A special “Guess the Victor!” event is underway across in-game and official channels, inviting Adventurers to forecast winners for a chance to earn exclusive rewards, including Black Pearls.

Last but not least, Black Desert Mobile‘s most anticipated annual community event, Calpheon Ball 2025, is just around the corner, taking place on Saturday, December 13 at 2:00 PM (Server Time, UTC+8). Adventurers are invited to watch the event live on the official Black Desert Mobile YouTube channel. The broadcast will feature important announcements about the future roadmap and a celebration of the year’s journey with Adventurers worldwide.
