Dementium: The Ward Launching on PC October 27

The cult-classic survival horror shooter Dementium: The Ward is making its long-awaited debut on PC this October 27. The game was first made available on the Nintendo DS in 2007 and has since been redesigned for the 3DS, Switch, and PlayStation. It is now finally available on Steam with improved graphics and contemporary support.

Better Performance, Better Horror Experience

In this remaster, players wake up in a deserted hospital by themselves, unable to recall how they got there. Equipped with improvised weapons and their intuition, they must confront hideous creatures, unearth sinister mysteries, and endure the atrocities concealed in each hallway. While keeping the spooky atmosphere that made the original so memorable, the PC version boasts better graphics, more fluid performance, and full 4K support.

Switch From Classic Pixel To Modern Graphics

Dementium: The Ward made a splash when it first came out by introducing psychological horror to a portable device, which was uncommon at the time. It developed a cult following due to its eerie tone and realistic fighting. This latest version will now allow players to switch from the classic pixelated graphics we’ve come to enjoy or for new fans, a modern graphics settings that will give you a better resolution. This will allow the game to cater to long-time fans and new ones.

With that said, a new generation of gamers can now enjoy the same spine-tingling tension with this PC release, which is faster, sharper, and more terrifying than before. Wishlist the game now through Steam.
