Dynamite Blue Announced by Exos Heroes Developers

The team behind the mobile game Exos Heroes is back with a brand new project called Dynamite Blue. After their previous game shut down and another project named 4GROUND9 was cancelled, Director Youngzun Choi and Art Director Minsuk Son decided to start fresh. They describe this new title as a collection RPG that uses pixel art and idle mechanics to create a more casual experience for players.

A Modern Setting and Artistic Style

Unlike the fantasy world of their past work, this game takes place in a modern setting. A recently shared image shows characters in a car, giving fans a look at the urban style they can expect. The developers want to focus on making a game they genuinely want to play without the usual corporate pressures.

Addressing Concerns About AI in Art

Some fans noticed the use of AI in the early artwork and expressed their concerns. The development team was quick to explain that while they use AI tools to speed up some parts of production, the main designs are still handled by their experienced artists. They are sharing updates through Discord and itch.io to stay connected with their community during the development process.

More info about the game will be revealed on a later date.
