Genshin Impact Is Getting QoL Updates In Version 4.3

Version 4.3 of Genshin Impact will bring some long-deserved Quality Of Life (QoL) updates to the game. These changes aim to give players a better gameplay experience as requested time and again by feedback over the years. It took them a long time but at least, finally it’s here.

One Click To Rule Them All

One of the most sought-after improvements is the introduction of a one-click Expedition reward claim. This update enables swift and effortless rewards and dispatching of characters back to expeditions, all achieved with a single click. Furthermore, players can claim processed ingredients, and forged items, and perform batch Artifact additions during Mystic Offerings at Crafting Benches, simplifying multiple processes.

Smoother Quest Prerequisites

Version 4.3 makes pivotal changes to quest prerequisites. For instance, the Archon Quest “Requiem of the Echoing Depths” previously required completion of “The Chasm Delvers” quest series to access The Chasm: Underground Mines. However, in this upcoming version, the quest series will no longer serve as a prerequisite, fostering smoother progression for players.

Better Artifact Management

Additionally, Artifact management receives an overhaul, featuring an Automatic Locking and Quick Unlock function. This allows players to manage their Artifacts effortlessly by automatically locking or unlocking them based on predetermined criteria, ensuring a hassle-free selection process.

Improved Enhancement Mechanics

Enhancement screens are also being updated. The separate pop-up for stat value changes during enhancements will now display directly on the original screen, streamlining the upgrade process. Players can maximize character levels, Artifacts, and weapons without unlocking each level cap, allowing for a more efficient progression system.

No More Running To Start

To save time and eliminate unnecessary traversal, Domain challenges will now spawn players closer to the challenge starter upon entry or continuation. This small tweak promises to significantly reduce the time spent navigating from the entrance to the heart of the challenge.

These updates are complemented by additional tweaks across various game facets, including adjustments to enemy icons in the Adventurer Handbook, default character selection for bonus provisions on creation screens, and the inclusion of boss respawn timers on the map screen.
