King’s Raid Heads to Tokyo Game Show 2025

Masangsoft, a Korea-based game developer and publisher, today announced that the PC version of its character-collecting RPG King’s Raid will be revealed for the first time at Tokyo Game Show 2025 (TGS 2025), held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan from September 25–28.

This marks the first hands-on opportunity for players in Japan to experience King’s Raid on PC via Steam. At the booth, attendees will be able to build custom parties using a lineup of 31 playable heroes, and play through the opening chapter of the game in a hands-on demo. Masangsoft also plans to gather real-time player feedback at the event as it prepares for global re-release.

A Beloved RPG Returns—Rebuilt for PC

Originally launched as a mobile game, King’s Raid gained global popularity for its real-time strategic combat and character-driven storytelling. Following the official service shutdown in March, Masangsoft is preparing a relaunch on PC, retaining the original game’s captivating story and characters while optimizing it for Steam with upgraded graphical enhancements.

The PC version offers an enhanced gameplay experience distinct from mobile, with a new feel tailored to the platform. This relaunch aims to expand fan engagement through a new and polished presentation.

Community-Driven Relaunch Begins at TGS

“TGS is the perfect opportunity for us to reconnect with fans who have been waiting for the return of King’s Raid,” said a Masangsoft spokesperson. “We’re committed to reflecting player feedback as we work toward a global launch.”

King’s Raid is currently preparing for global release via Steam. More updates on characters, features, and development progress will be shared gradually through the official website and Japanese Discord community.
