KRAFTON and PocketPair Team Up for Palworld Mobile

KRAFTON, the parent company behind PUBG Mobile, has partnered with PocketPair to bring the open-world survival game Palworld to mobile platforms. The mobile port will be developed by PUBG Studios, KRAFTON’s in-house game development team. Currently in early stages, the mobile version aims to expand the reach of Palworld, which has gained significant popularity on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.

Palworld‘s success, however, has not been without controversy. Recently, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company filed a joint lawsuit against PocketPair, alleging patent infringement, particularly in the game’s mechanics. Despite the legal challenges, PocketPair remains committed to the game’s development and continues to support its player base.

No release date for the mobile version has been announced, but KRAFTON and PocketPair are moving forward with development, aiming to bring Palworld‘s unique blend of survival mechanics and creature collection to a wider audience.
