Emiru, Asmongold (Zack Hoyt), their streaming company One True King (OTK), and associated businesses are all targets of a defamation lawsuit brought by Twitch star Mizkif (Matthew Rinaudo). The lawsuit comes after Emiru made grave claims of sexual assault, harassment, and stalking by Mizkif in a livestream in October.
Mizkif refutes the allegations, contending that Emiru and others’ remarks were untrue, seriously harmed his career and reputation, and were timed to compel him to leave OTK. In order to harm Mizkif, his company, and his professional standing, the accused parties “wrongfully and baselessly accused” him of “serious criminal activity,” according to the filing.

Emiru
Context of the Conflict
In an October livestream, Emiru had publicly accused Mizkif of emotional abuse, sexual assault, stalking, and blackmail threats. OTK declared that Mizkif no longer has any involvement or stake in the company as a result of the charges.
OTK-affiliated companies like Mythic Talent Management Inc. and King Gaming Labs Inc. are also named in Mizkif’s lawsuit, which alleges contract terminations and lost profits related to the dispute.
Although the precise amount has not been disclosed, Mizkif is requesting damages for lost wages, emotional distress, and damage to his reputation.

What Follows
The case is only getting started. Asmongold and Emiru have not yet publicly addressed the filing. As this develops, it may establish standards for how streaming companies and celebrities respond to internal conflicts, public allegations, and the fallout that follows.
