Tencent Games has announced the official China launch date for its highly anticipated pet collection MMORPG, Roco Kingdom: World. The open world title, which serves as the sequel to the popular Roco Kingdom intellectual property, is set to debut on March 26, 2026. This announcement was made during MoreFun Studios’ 15th Anniversary livestream.

Game Details and Setting

Roco Kingdom: World is an open world MMORPG where players take on the role of a freshman in the vibrant Roco Kingdom universe. The game is filled with adorable creatures called Rocos, which players can collect, bond with, and ride into fun battles and new adventures. The title features a strong combination of classic Pokémon style creature collecting with open world exploration reminiscent of Genshin Impact. The developers have held multiple tests for the game since its 2022 reveal, and it appears ready for its official launch.

Launch Information

The game will launch in China on March 26, 2026. Pre registrations for the iOS version are already open via the App Store. As of now, there are no specific details regarding pre registration for Android users or a potential global release date, though the China launch is viewed by many as a step closer to a worldwide release.
