“Honkai: Star Rail” has been a massive success for HoYoverse. Version 1.0 currently has a ton of content to satisfy any RPG fan but of course, for people who went down deep in the rabbit hole, there’s no more content to currently consume. Luckily, the upcoming updates are set to introduce new features and characters to the sci-fi RPG! Before you proceed from reading, do keep in mind that all information onwards is still subject to change.
One of the most highly requested features will be added to the game. Have heard your pleas as they will be introducing a chat feature in the upcoming Version 1.1. Communication with fellow gamers and friends in-game will now be possible, making the overall experience more enjoyable and collaborative.
The Xianzhou: The Luofo location is also getting a significant upgrade with the introduction of Huanlong, the rumored third weekly boss, in Version 1.1. Players can also expect more challenges and puzzles in this area, keeping the gameplay fresh and engaging.
Gacha game enthusiasts can now breathe a sigh of relief as new characters are set to be introduced with various element types. In the Version 1.1 update onwards, players can expect the addition of Jing Yuan, Silver Wolf, Luocha, Kafka, Blade, Fu Xuan, and Dan Heng (5 Star form). Here’s what we know so far about these characters.
Silver Wolf – Introduced in the tutorial. Silver Wolf is one of the members of the Stellaron Hunters along with 4 other members including Kafka, and Blade. She is a Quantum Nihility type and is rumored to be available on version 1.1.
Luocha – Luocha was introduced during a side mission in Xianzhou Luofu. He carries a coffin with him at all times which contains (according to him) the remains of a brief acquaintance of his. He will be an Imaginary Abundance type.
Kafka – She’s not only one of the most wanted criminals in the galaxy, but she’s also one of the most desired playable characters in the game. Kafka is one of the Stellaron Hunters and was introduced during the tutorial. She’s a Lightning Nihility type and is rumored to be introduced during version 1.2 alongside Blade.
Blade – Blade is a Wind Destruction character introduced very early in Dan Heng’s trailer and officially made his debut in Xianzhou Luofu. His kit is rumored to be the type where he loses HP in exchange for more damage.
Fu Xuan – Fu Xuan is a Quantum Preservation type character. Don’t let her petite frame fool you. She’s a very powerful figure in the Xianzhou Luofu and the current Master Diviner of the Divination Commission. She’s rumored to be released in version 1.3.
Dan Heng (5 Star version) – Dan Heng is one of the first characters you’ll meet and acquire in the game for free. His 5-star form (Inbibitor Lunae) is rumored to be an Imaginary Destruction character. It’s currently unknown in which version will he debut.
