Massive Pokémon Leak Claims Gen 10, DLC & MMO Projects Are in the Works

The Pokémon Company’s roadmap may include daring new additions like Gen 10 mainline games, DLC support, and even a Pokémon MMO, according to a comprehensive leak from the same source that brought us last year’s “Teraleak.” According to reports, the upcoming generation will be released in 2026 under the names Pokémon Wind and Pokémon Waves. With a new engine and open world features, these games may make their Nintendo Switch 2 debut.

According to the leak, DLC will extend the base games after launch in 2027.

Project Seed, a multiplayer online Pokémon experience, is yet another significant announcement. According to rumors, it connects traditional areas like Sinnoh and Hoenn, enabling players to move through them in a common area.

A new Pokémon Legends sequel that takes place in the Galar region a millennium ago is also being discussed. Creating the first Gigamax Pokéball is a subplot. The leak also suggests a Gen 11 launch window of 2030.

Important Elements Alleged in the Leak

  • Dynamic maps and procedurally generated islands to increase exploration
  • MMO elements incorporated into mainstream games
  • DLC as a typical extension of the game’s lifecycle
  • Smooth transitions between regions for multiplayer
  • A Pokémon Legends project that emphasizes historical lore

Consider this with a grain of salt.

Datamined documents linked to previous leaks are the source of these disclosures. Their accuracy is far from guaranteed, particularly in light of internal changes over time and gaps in translation. Game Freak and The Pokémon Company have not verified any of these claims.

However, if even a portion of it is accurate, the next generation of Pokémon may change players’ expectations for how mainline and online Pokémon will develop.
