Crossfire: Legends Mobile Delivers Thrilling FPS Action in Two-Day National Qualifier

With Southeast Asia being a mobile-first gaming region, Smilegate has launched the newly developed Crossfire: Legends mobile game to meet the growing demand for on-the-go competitive play. The launch of Crossfire: Legends Mobile transformed a regular weekend in Makati into an arena of strategy, skill, and anticipation. Held in One Ayala last December 20 – 21, 2025. The two-day event, powered by the OPPO A6 Pro 5G, featured the Life Changing Challenge and the Crossfire: Legends Championship National Qualifier Finals, giving FPS players a firsthand look at competitive mobile gaming at its most intense. For many attendees, it wasn’t just a tournament—it was an experience that highlighted what mobile esports can offer.

On Day 1, over 100 participants converged for the Life Changing Challenge, competing for a ₱1,000,000 prize. From auditions to knockouts, semifinals, and the grand finals, every match was filled with tension and excitement. Among the standout teams, Vanguard Familia quickly established their dominance, moving through each stage without a single loss. When they claimed victory in the grand finals, the energy in the venue was palpable. Fans cheered, players celebrated, and everyone present could feel the intensity and skill on display.

Day 2 shifted the focus to the National Qualifier Finals, where the top teams battled for a chance to represent the Philippines in the upcoming CrossFire: Legends Mobile 2025 CFLC (Crossfire: Legends Championship). Once again, Vanguard Familia showcased their expertise and teamwork, reaching the grand finals unbeaten. There, they faced Kadiliman Esports, who delivered a spectacular one-versus-three clutch, ultimately claiming a 2–0 victory. The finals were a testament to the level of skill and dedication within the Filipino FPS community and left fans eager for the regional stage, set to feature the best teams from Southeast Asia in February 2026.

Beyond the gameplay and prize money, the event was a significant onsite activation that brought communities together. FPS enthusiasts had the chance to witness high-level competition up close, connect with fellow players, and immerse themselves in the live tournament experience—something many fans have been looking forward to. While certain aspects of the game still need refinement, the engagement, discussions, and excitement from attendees signaled that the Crossfire Legends Mobile community is strong, passionate, and ready for more events in the future.

The weekend was further energized by the presence of creators and personalities such as Myrtle Sarrosa, Shin Gonzaga, Joy Mercado, Warger Gaming, Aningning, and HolyFather, who brought the on-ground action to online audiences, bridging the gap between live and digital communities. OPPO’s support not only powered the event with reliable hardware but also highlighted the seamless and responsive gameplay possible on the OPPO A6 Pro 5G, making it easier for players to perform at their best.

With the national qualifiers concluded, the road now leads to the CrossFire: Legends Mobile 2025 CFLC, where teams from the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia will clash in the regional championship. For FPS fans, the weekend was more than a tournament—it was a glimpse into the growing esports ecosystem, a celebration of a beloved nostalgic game, and a promise of more competitive and community-driven experiences to come.
